How inquiry information is used
Inquiry information is used to follow up on your request, understand the general tax-preparation service you are asking about, and arrange a callback. Wix provides the website and inquiry-form platform. If the owner accepts work after reviewing the request and agreeing on scope and fees, secure client-document exchange may take place through Verifyle after an invitation is sent.
For privacy questions, or to request access to or correction of information you submitted through this site, email lavenotax@gmail.com. Please do not include confidential tax documents in your request. We will post a prominent notice on this site when we make material changes to this policy.
If a callback inquiry does not lead to a client engagement, we retain the inquiry information for one month after the inquiry is closed.
